I can't find my download

Your download link arrives by email a few minutes after your order. Look in your spam or promotions folder. If it isn't there, write to us and we'll send it again.

The book won't open

The PDF opens on any phone, tablet or computer. The EPUB opens in Apple Books, Google Play Books, the Kindle app (send it with Send to Kindle) and most e-readers. If one doesn't work, use the other.

Refunds

You have 30 days from your order. Email us and we'll refund every dollar. You don't need to give a reason.

Questions about a real win

We can't advise on a real ticket or claim. Keep the ticket safe, check your state's lottery website, and talk to a licensed lawyer and tax professional where you live.
